All areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean and smelt fresh. The rooms looked like they were well kept, bed linen and bath towels all clean. We had two children with us who loved having use of the pool, again all pool and changing areas were kept clean. The food in the restaurant was lovely and always piping hot. At breakfast service, you helped yourself, but the food was kept hot and always fresh. Every member of staff who we had dealings with was fantastic. Always so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. They were also brilliant with the children and laughing and joking with them. We've used this hotel as a base to visit Warner Bro studios (Harry Potter) and also Woburn safari.

The service was great rooms very clean house keeping was on point. Hot sauna is the best very clean. Pool, wonderful water, was great temperature. Sauna gave me a headache to many chemicals for such a small sauna.

Thanks to receptionist Mr. Ameen was very helpful and polite. This was our second visit and we loved so much everything is clean breakfast was so delicious and so many choices. Beds are very comfortable and room is very silent. Pool amazing kids absolutely loved it. What we need everything we got it. We will definitely visit again. Thanks for providing excellent customer service.

Beds were comfy. Breakfast was tasty. Thank you so much to the chef , friendly and great attention to detail :). Receptionist was lovely, as were the waiting staff in the morning at breakfast. So friendly. We had a chat about where I was going as I was dressed for ascot. She showed interest in her guest and this should be commended. Thank you for a lovely stay. My friend enjoyed it too :)

We had such a wonderful stay. It was surprisingly lovely more than I anticipated. Beyond everything the staff were so lovely and really welcoming that makes such a huge difference. The two gentlemen who were on the pool spa facilities couldn't have been any lovelier if they tried so accommodating so nice when you travel with children you can often feel like a burden an they just made me feel so welcome with my three children travelling on my own.

Rooms were clean, swimming pool and gym was clean and food was amazing, there's just nothing bad to say about this hotel, truly surpassed my expectations, breakfast was well catered for alternative milk and food was hot, tasty and very enjoyable Reception desk the man who checked us in was super helpful, just accross the road is a M and S which is so handy for snacks and water and it's just 13 mins for Warner Bros studios, few minutes drive into Hemel Hempstead which is a lovely wee town also, I would stay here again and fully recommend it

good location, very friendly staff (Paulina) , helped us with everything to book pool time, to sort out parking etc. if you have IHG membership you can possibly get some extra things like late checkout just mention it on reception, pool time was great but probably better to come on weekday room temperature was perfect, room 074 has no view, but it was ok for 1 night big tv, tea/coffee in room, hairdryer, ironing board, spacious room if you’re going for one with sofa

Great location, just 5 mins from motorway junction and 15 mins drive to Harry Potter studio. It isn’t near a high street without driving but that was fine for us but may not appeal to other people. Staff were all lovely and we ate our main dinner there and that was really good too! Gym is small but perfect and there’s a steam room and sauna with the pool too! Staff at the gym were great! Pool was great and you have to book a slot which meant it wasn’t too busy either. Breakfast was fantastic and the dining room is lovely. Definitely be staying again when we next go to Harry Potter studios! Room was clean and spacious for 4 ( 2 adults, 2 kids).

We liked the overall hotel experience the staff were amazing they couldn't have been anymore helpful. One of the staff Rom was so helpful and friendly, we interacted with lots of the staff it's hard to remember all the names but all were amazing 👏 The rooms are clean and spacious, we had a 7 month old baby with us and we had plenty of space with everything The food was very good, nice and tasty
